Use and authorization

This notice applies to all Meow users. Meow is free for personal, non-commercial use only. Any business, commercial or organizational use, including work for an employer or client, requires prior written authorization from Decision Cue.

Same features, different permission to use

Personal and authorized business users have the same product features. Downloading, installing or accessing those features does not by itself grant permission for business, commercial or organizational use. An enquiry or the absence of technical restrictions does not constitute authorization.

Commercial authorization

Contact Decision Cue before beginning such use. Any authorization is limited to the persons, organization, purposes and scope stated in Decision Cue's written authorization. Any separate written agreement with Decision Cue governs the use it expressly authorizes.

Rights reserved

Decision Cue reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized use as permitted by applicable law. This may include seeking an order to stop such use or claiming compensation where the legal requirements are met. This notice does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or change the separate licenses that apply to third-party components.
